Choose a clear subject
- Editorial correction: include the page URL, passage, concern, and supporting source.
- Website support: include URL, browser/device, expected result, actual result, and approximate time.
- Privacy request: identify the site interaction or exact historical product concerned without sending unnecessary identity data.
- Copyright or takedown: include the protected work, exact page or asset URL, basis of the claim, and a way to contact you.
- Historical product inquiry: provide the exact app/game title, platform/store, and visible version.
Information not to send
Do not email passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, secret keys, complete identity documents, or unrelated personal data. If additional verification is necessary for a legitimate request, the minimum suitable method will be explained separately.
Help us route the message
Put one request in each message when the subjects require different handling. Include plain-text links rather than executable attachments when possible. For a technical report, describe the last action that worked and whether the issue repeats in a private window. For a rights request, identify every exact page instead of referring generally to “the website.”
The site is written in English and does not currently maintain telephone, postal, live-chat, account-recovery, employment, investment, or publishing-submission channels. Emailing an unsolicited game build or executable file is discouraged; send a public information link and a short explanation first.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed according to subject and available evidence. We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Sending a message does not create a commercial, legal, employment, or support contract.
